The Google Project Management course offers comprehensive training designed by Google to prepare learners for roles in project management. Participants will develop essential skills such as creating risk management plans, understanding process improvement techniques, managing escalations and stakeholders, budgeting, and utilizing project management software like Scrum. Through over 140 hours of instruction and practice-based assessments, learners will simulate real-world project scenarios critical for workplace success. I'm currently working through Google's Project Management certification, and between my past work experiences, global mindset (I just returned from a little over a year living in Italy), service-based leadership style, and my on-going devotion to continued learning, I'm sure I can be the project manager you need on your team!
